Marketing, web development & design — Southern California
About
I’ve spent 24 years working across marketing, web development, and design, building websites, campaigns, and brands for private schools, dental and medical practices, sports companies, and just about everything in between.
I’m interested in what actually works. I’ve never had much patience for hype, buzzwords, or selling people things they don’t need.
These days, much of my focus is on AI, one of the few technologies I think has actually earned the attention it’s getting. My approach is simple: don’t run from it. Figure out where it’s genuinely useful and put it to work. I help businesses identify where AI can make a real difference, then build the tools and systems to make that happen.
Outside of work, I’m usually spending time with my family, playing volleyball, flying drones, taking photos, writing, or designing something new to 3D print.
What I’m Working on Now
Researching California’s unpermitted-ADU problem. Tens of thousands of garage conversions and backyard units were built without permits over the decades — and a new state amnesty law (AB 2533) finally gives owners of pre-2020 units a legal path to make them official.
I’m talking with the contractors, designers, and permit expediters who do this work in Orange County, to find out whether a service that screens and introduces ready-to-act homeowners would be genuinely worth anything to the pros. No product, no pitch — just research, done in the open.
If you got an email from me about this: yes, I’m a real person, and that’s what it’s about. Reply anytime — even “not interested” honestly helps.
